We hope that all our visitors enjoy their stay at Cuckoo Bush Cottage, We set out to create a gentle retreat that nods to a past gone era but with modern day luxury.

Very peaceful, relaxing and a real gem. Luxurious bedding, great attention to detail throughout the property. Perfect place to unwind and discover the local area. I highly recommend Cuckoo Cottage.

Cuckoo Bush is a dream especially if you're looking for peace, a place filled with quirky, curated, vintage finds and THE most beautiful artwork. The cottage brims with character, care and attention to detail. Why can't all rentals have this much love shown them?!
You'll need a car but will be rewarded with visits to any number of stately homes, fine pubs, beautiful coast and characterful villages and small towns that Norfolk seems to do so well.
I can't wait to come back!

A lovely place to stay , charming , interesting and well equiped. A short drive to the coast, and Holt with all its shops is very close. There is also a village shop nearby. Best for a couple, although there is a single bedroom as well so three persons would work, but we liked having the place to ourselves, a rural hideaway. Belynda provided some provisions for us (milk/butter ect) which was most welcome . Its a happy place with flowers and paintings, made with love and attension.

Thank you for everything Belynda, I have absolutely loved staying in your beautiful cottage. I have been so comfortable and enjoyed all your paintings! I love the blind in the bedroom and was happily surprised when I found it is your design.
I have visited so many places, Blakeney, Wells-next-Sea, Cley-next-Sea, I love the Beach Huts here! Adored Holt and its art and shops. Blickling Hall was great as were Norwich and Felbrigg Hall. I also loved Pensthorpe, a really lovely place for gardens and a walk. Being able to come back here each day has been so special just like home! It was lovely to meet you and I look forward to coming back sometime next year!
